A WIDE PORTFOLIO OF SOLUTIONS
Marmon Foodservice Technologies is a global group operating across multiple brands and product brands: professional commercial kitchen equipment, water dispensing systems, and beverage equipment for foodservice industry. Each category addresses a different market, a different operator, a different set of needs – yet all share the same fundamental challenge: how to communicate products and technologies that are genuinely advanced, and almost always difficult to explain.
Studio Volpi developed a multi-output communication partnership with MFT building an integrated ecosystem of video content, 3D visualization, product storytelling, and sales support materials across the group’s principal brands and markets. The defining competency required was not production alone, but technical understanding: the ability to enter a complex product world, learn it from the inside, and translate it into communication that is clear, accurate, and commercially effective.

FROM PRECISION ENGINEERING TO PRODUCT STORY
The starting point of the collaboration was the professional toaster range of Prince Castle, one of MFT’s flagship brands in commercial foodservice.
Studio Volpi developed a hero product video for the flagship DCFT model, integrating 3D rendering, technical animation, and food output simulation to show not just what the machine looks like, but how it works and why it consistently delivers better results.
From that first video, a modular content ecosystem was built across the full range: each model received dedicated video content, functional animations, and visual storytelling assets calibrated to its key differentiators and operational benefits. A complete set of sales support materials completed the system, maintaining visual and tonal consistency across print and digital channels.
MAKING THE UNFAMILIAR DESIRABLE
MFT residential water dispensing solutions presented a different kind of challenge. Here, the technology was genuinely new to most consumers: digital interfaces, electronic management, advanced filtering. The communication task was not simply to describe the product, but to make it comprehensible and appealing to an audience encountering it for the first time.
The content strategy combined emotional and functional storytelling: lifestyle atmosphere alongside concrete demonstrations of how the system integrates into everyday use. A parallel tutorial ecosystem – covering daily operation, individual features, and different product configurations – gave users the tools to feel confident with the technology from day one.
A significant share of this content was then adapted for partner brands and private label clients distributing the same Marmon product under different identities.
VISUALIZATION FOR GLOBAL BEVERAGE CLIENTS
For MFT soft drink equipment, Studio Volpi developed dedicated product catalogs for two of the world’s leading beverage companies. The work centered on product rendering, technical visualization, and building catalog structures capable of presenting complex equipment portfolios with clarity and a consistent visual identity across both documents.
For one of the products in our catalog - The CRYO beverage cooling system - we also created a dedicated video: technical animation, motion graphics, and performance visualization combined to explain the system’s operating logic and communicate its real operational advantages to the professional audience.

CONTENT THAT WORKS IN THE FIELD
A constant dimension of the Studio Volpi-MFT collaboration was its proximity to sales. Most of the materials produced were built not primarily for brand awareness, but to give sales teams and distributors the tools needed to explain complex products, navigate a wide range, and support commercial conversations at every stage.
This orientation extended to trade show support, including fast-turnaround materials developed for international events – among them exhibitions targeting the Middle East market, with dedicated assets for shows in Dubai and Riyadh.
Studio Volpi also contributed to MFT’s corporate communication, including ESG reporting and institutional documentation: structured, visually consistent outputs designed to make complex data accessible without sacrificing accuracy.
A CAPABILITY BEYOND PRODUCTION
For Marmon Foodservice Technologies, this collaboration has been a sustained investment in communication that genuinely serves the business. Content that helps complex products sell, that equips sales forces, and that makes technical innovation comprehensible across the market it is aimed at.
For Studio Volpi, the project demonstrates how deep technical understanding – the ability to enter the operational logic of demanding products and translate it into clear, accurate, commercially useful communication – is itself a design competency, as essential as visual skill or production capability
