Human Resources and Finance Intern

Position Description

 

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Intern for an internship opportunity in our Human Resources department The intern will work closely with the HR and FINANCE team to support daily activities and contribute to strategic projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist in candidate selection and screening for open positions.

Support in personnel administrative management, including preparation of contractual documents and management of hiring and termination procedures.

Participate in new employee orientation and support the creation of integration programs.

Participate in planning and implementing human resources development programs.

Contribute to the management and updating of internal HR policies.

Creation of orders and management and updating of registries , management of the Orders Database.

Support in defining, controlling, and monitoring order budgets.

Periodic reporting activities, production of reports in Excel, and preparation of presentations for Top Management.

Management of Timesheets, support in calculating the hourly cost for the company.

 

Requirements:

University student in Human Resources Management, Economics, or Management Engineering.

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Italian)

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Basic knowledge of major computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Interest in the field of human resources and personnel management.
