For our headquarter in Carnago (VA), we’re looking for a committed and enthusiastic Junior Sales Account

 

Duties

 

  • Focus on business development according to business objectives

  • Constant monitoring of the market taking a proactive position to evaluate different opportunities

  • Obtaining from the Marketing team analysis on current customers, prospects and competition in order to implement sales activities

  • Planning prospecting and follow-up actions in coordination with the Sales and Marketing team (i.e. Fairs, sales trips)

  • Commercial back office activities (e.g. sending commercial documentation to Customers / Prospects, periodic updating of the Trade Fairs calendar, management of the order approval process)

  • Constant use and compilation of Sales Force to update reports and activities.

  • Preparation of data on commercial activities for periodic Sales meetings

  • Giving support, in accordance with the Sales team and other functions, for the optimal definition of the orders, with a view to propose to the customer an adequate offer

  • In agreement with the Sales Manager and Admin team, support on the definition of business conditions (price lists, discounts and other commercial conditions to be applied)

  • Supporting the Sales team in accounting activities with established customers in order to increase the business (upselling and crosseling)

  • Identification of customer needs and formulation of proposals

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economy, Management Engineering or related fields

  • At least 2 years of experience preferably in the digital field

  • Knowledge of the Office 365 package (Word, Power Point, Excel)

  • Excellent level of English (C1)

  • Availability to travel

  • Excellent communication, sales and customer orientation skills

  • Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing techniques

  • Excellent dialectics and communication skills

  • Optimal stress management

  • Strong analytical and management skills

  • Result and team working orientation

  • Excellent listening skills to be put in place during the early stages of customer interview
