Some months ago here in Studio Volpi, has arrived a letter that we know. Externally was printed the logo of ADI (Italian Association for Industrial Design). It communicated that one of our project has been selected for the 2012 edition. Opening it, we discovered that was Saeco Carthego that after won Red Dot Design Award in July, confirmed nationally its excellence being selected from the ADI Index.

Studio Volpi has developed integrally this product, from engineering untill GUI design (Graphic User Interface), passing through the styling of the body. A very strong work has made to develop the modular system of Carthego series that has to pass its vanguardist technology without intimidate conversely remaining user friendly. The result has been a catchy design in which the wise use of technologies has been mixed with the creative skills of our designers.

In the night of October 2nd has taken place the official presentation of the book that include all poduct selected by ADI for 2012 edition. It has taken place in one of the sacred building of italian design, the "Triennale" of Milan. Manuela (Art dictor) and Gianmario (CEO) have been there to represent the team of the Sudio.
