ADI Design Index is the yearbook published by ADI - Italian Association for Industrial Design - that collects the best of Italian product design, selected by the ADI Permanent Design Observatory.

One of our engineers joined Chicco's tech department, working in direct contact with the client's team during the initial and final phases of the project.

We went to greet some of our clients. They were presenting the products we helped them develop with our design, engineering and branding expertise.

Last night, Adi Index, who has long been recognizing design excellence with the Golden Compass Award (for which we were nominated for our Trenitalia automated ticket teller machine), recognized Lombardy's designers and companies who distinguished themselves by the excellence of their work. We are proud to announce that we were among them for the Naboo project (Lainox), noting with great pleasure that companies we work with,such as Paola Lenti, where also among the recipients.

W&H is one of the main productors of dental products and instruments for dentist. One of their most important product is the sterilizer. For their newest sterilizer model, the austrian W&H designer, drew some sketches for the aesthetic of the shells. Engineering is made by Volpi Design Studio. The Studio transformed those sketches in 3D models, industrialized all the shells, developed them for mold injection and planned with W&H the process of assembling and production.

In an interview to Confartigianato, Gianmario Volpi tells us, for the first time, about the important project Studio Volpi has been working on in the past two years: a talent incubator to support local talent and the 'made in Italy' concept , starting from design, engineering and branding.

Our chinese client Baby First presented the new collection of baby car seats at the KIND + JUGEND Exhibition in Koln. This product design is made by Volpi Design Studio & Max-Inf. Running from the 10th – 13th September, the show is the leading global trade show for children’s first years. Here a few pictures of the new fabrics: colourful, lively, modern.
